Our nurses are given direction by our medical providers on all patients test results. This includes labs, procedures and any off-site imaging results. You will always receive a call from our office staff for results, whether results are normal or abnormal. Please allow our office 10 business days to call results to you. Our providers have an extensive review process to ensure you are receiving quality care. Stat testing results will be called to you as soon as our provider receives them. If you have not heard from us after 10 days, please contact our office to provide you with your results. Our nurses prioritize abnormal test results. We will make three attempts to contact at calling/texting. If there is no response, we will mail a letter requesting that you call the office to discuss results. If the provider feels a follow up visit is needed, we will contact you to set this up at your soonest convenience. If you have any questions, concerns, or do not understand your results or plan of treatment, do not hesitate to ask. We will try our best to address your concerns or schedule a follow up visit with a provider to discuss in more detail.
